I'd like to convey my thanks for the fantastic job Chefettes did on Saturday for my sister's wedding cocktail party. Not only were the canapes quite delicous, your staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and coupled with their professional and friendly attitude they certainly stand out in my experience of catering companies. Please pass on my compliments and appreciation to Amos, Portia. Big Boy and the rest of the team who worked on the event.
Thanks also to Sharise who assisted with the initial planning. You can be very proud of all the staff I had the pleasure of working with.

The lunch, according to all the guests, was marvelous. It was a great relief to me to have Chefettes doing all the hard work and I have to add that Robert (as always) and Portia were excellent. There was a hiccup with one of the guests advising us an hour before serving that he was on a liquid diet…..Robert took command and asked for soup to be delivered by yourselves. Although you were rushed of your feet – Chefettes came through.

Firstly I would like to thank the Cheffettes for the superb food on Saturday prepared for my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary. I would also like to say a special thank you to Amos. he was extremely professional and organised, and a real attribute to your organisation. He set up the food beautifully and was accommodating and helpful with the few requests we had of him. He was a pleasure to deal with.
I would like to raise one issue which I would appreciate a response to. Before Amos left he showed me a Bain-Marie type dish filled with the lamb ribs. There were so many ribs, I suggested he takes some home with him., I am not sure if he did or not According to my domestic worker, once Amos had left, Nicholas who had been cooking the lamb on the spit, came into the kitchen and took the tray along with the ribs and left with them. I find this extremely strange as he ask my partner if we wanted the ribs and she said we did. He also asked me if he should give the bones to our dog and I said no, we don't feed our dog bones. Perhaps Amos can confirm if the dish belonged to Nicholas and if it was possible that he took the dish along with the left over lamb ribs.
I will certainly contact the Cheffettes again for future functions. Again thank you to all concerned.

I would like to extend my compliments to you and your staff for the fantastic way in which they handled our function on Friday 7th December 2007 and the excellent service and assistance we received from all at Chafettes. The advise we received from Sharise regarding the planning of our menu to avoid unnecessary wastage of food on our side was much appreciated. I only saw her wisdom after the function as we had plenty of food left over. To Jo (I think it was Jo) who kept me informed telephonically about the whereabouts of the contractors you hired to set up the marquee – her getting back to me so promptly and keeping me informed the night before the function was also appreciated.
My very special thanks and admiration goes out to the waiters and the Chef you sent out to handle the function for us, that being Ronald, Wonder, Thulani, Mdu and Bongani! They were fantastic! Truly professional, friendly, polite and kind to all who interacted with them! Ronald was visible and on hand at all times and most of our guests delighted in chatting to him about the food – which was delicious and tasty and really beautifully set up and presented. It was lovely to deal with him. The marquee was also beautiful – simple but elegant and the bouquets were stunning! Our function was not very large but we appreciate the effort of everyone to ensure that it ran smoothly and on time.
It was a pleasure to deal with your company and to experience your excellent service - which I am always critically assessing in service providers. Till our next function!
